Prosperio Group is delighted to announce the opening of the survey collection period for the annual MeasureUp® Freight Brokerage Compensation Survey for 2019 results. This survey examines both pay practices and pay amounts for common job roles found at Freight Brokerages and is the only survey endorsed by the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA).
All participants will receive free 3 month access to Prosperio Group’s Brokerage Module of the MeasureUp® Compensation Analyzer, the online, on-demand, searchable compensation database found at measure-up.net with an option to upgrade to a full subscription at a discounted price.
To participate, simply complete the following steps:
1. Download the Incumbent Pay Data entry form Excel file (this is a direct file download link, not a webpage): MeasureUp Incumbent Pay Data Template
**Return your completed Incumbent Pay Data Excel file to measureup@prosperiogroup.com**
2. Complete the survey for Company Demographics and Pay Practices hosted at Formsite: MeasureUp Formsite Survey
3. REGISTER YOUR COMPANY AT Measure-Up.net, the only place the 2019 Survey Results will be available!
All responses will be held in the strictest confidence according to the DOJ rules for compensation surveys.
